Jordan Rosenbaum joined OPPACU as Chief Financial Officer in September 2026 bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. Prior to joining OPPACU Jordan was the Chief Financial Officer of Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) where he oversaw CDIC’s Corporate Strategy, Finance Operations, Treasury, Procurement and Facilities. Jordan is a CPA,CA and holds several certifications, including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), and a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA). He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University.
