With a distinguished career spanning numerous senior executive roles across multiple organizations, he has consistently delivered both operational excellence and long-term strategic growth. Bill is known for building, strong, leadership teams, driving innovation, and positioning organizations for sustainable success.

COO
With 47 years of experience in the Credit Union sector, I have built a distinguished career defined by leadership, commitment, and a deep understanding of member-focused financial services. Beginning as a front-line teller, I steadily advanced through increasingly senior roles, including Financial Adviser and Manager of Credit, ultimately earning the position of Chief Operating Officer. For the past 32 years, I have been a dedicated leader at OPPA Credit Union, playing a key role in its operational growth, strategic direction, and continued commitment to serving members with integrity and excellence. Having worked at every level of the organization, I bring a unique and comprehensive perspective to executive leadership—grounded in frontline experience and strengthened by decades of operational expertise. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about the cooperative values that define the Credit Union movement, championing service, financial empowerment, and sustainable growth. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to North Bay, Ontario, where I own a property that will one day be home to a retirement residence—a reflection of thoughtful long-term planning and a well-earned future chapter.
