Sherri deGroot brings more than two decades of experience in marketing and communications, with a career that began in 2001 across a range of industries including telecommunications, long-term care, and private consumer events. For over 10 years, Sherri has been an integral part of the Credit Union, where she combines strategic expertise with a strong passion for member service, engagement, and advocacy. A dedicated supporter of community and member-focused initiatives, Sherri is actively involved in numerous charitable events and currently serves as a Director on the OPP Youth Foundation Board. She is also a proud member of the OPP Veterans’ Association and contributes to the Social Committee, helping to foster meaningful connections and a strong sense of community. Outside of work, Sherri enjoys travelling with family and friends, cheering on her son at his sporting events, organizing social get-togethers, and recharging through yoga and pilates.
